A corporate event venue minutes from downtown Indianapolis, hosting offsites, team-building, holiday parties, and client dinners in a glass hall built for both presentations and celebrations.
Wellness Retreats
A light-filled, lakeside setting for yoga, sound baths, and retreat days, where floor-to-ceiling glass and surrounding woods do half the work of helping people settle.

Yes! The Conservatory at Evergreen hosts both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies. Exchange vows lakeside beneath the trees, or inside the glass hall with the woods and water as your backdrop, and move seamlessly into your reception without leaving the property.

Yes! The Conservatory at Evergreen has two private, on-site homes — a bridal cottage and a groom's cabin — so both sides of the wedding party have their own spacious place to get ready. You can see photos of each on our Weddings page.

Yes! The Conservatory at Evergreen is a fully climate-controlled, year-round venue. Our state-of-the-art HVAC system keeps the glass hall comfortable through Indiana summers and winters alike, so your event stays perfect no matter the weather.

Catering is the only exception. We work with a curated list of preferred caterers who know our venue well, and beyond that you're free to bring in your own florist, photographer, DJ, planner, and any other vendors you love.

All beverages, alcoholic and nonalcoholic, are provided exclusively by The Conservatory at Evergreen. Our in-house bar service handles everything from setup to licensed bartenders, so you can enjoy your event without coordinating a separate beverage vendor.

Your rental includes access from 12:00 p.m. to midnight on the day of your event, giving you a full twelve hours for setup, celebration, and breakdown. Need to arrive earlier for hair and makeup or vendor load-in? Additional hours are available to add to your booking.

Start by scheduling a tour or reaching out through our contact page. Once you've chosen your date, we'll hold it with a signed contract, a 50% deposit, and a security deposit.
